Mongomar offers a complete service with good guarantees and security.  They continually offer first class building plots in exclusive locations and provide the infastructure and will construct your home to your exact requiremtns from high quality materials according to internationally accepted standards.  When you have chosen a plot, and decided on your villa they will help you to adapt the basic design to suit your own requirements.

Building specifications

• Horizontal and where necessary vertical damp courses.
• Air cavity between the ground and ground floor.
• The exterior cavity walls comprise of the following:
Outside supporting wall of 20 cm thick hollow concrete blocks, 3 cm insulation, 7 cm thick brick inside wall.

• Interior dividing walls will be built either from 7 cm bricks, or if load bearing, 20 cm blocks.
• Floors constructed from pre-stressed concrete beams with hollow fitted blocks bonded by a 4 cm thick reinforced concrete covering supported by a ring beam.
• Concrete lintels above all doors and windows.
• Covered terraces with Tosca style arches.
• Approximately 90 cm wide tiled pathway around the house.

Plastering and paintwork

• Outside walls rendered with two coats of cement, and painted with high quality emulsion paint.
• Inside walls plastered and finished in a plaster stucco, painted with high quality emulsion paint.
• Plaster ceiling coving in all rooms.
• On the outside, all visible wooden beams are treated with a protective varnish.

Wall and floor tiles

• Fully tiled bathrooms and kitchen.
• All indoor and covered terrace floors will be tiled with ceramic tiles and matching skirting tiles.
• Chosen from a wide range of samples.

Windows, doors & built-in wardrobes

• Security PVC entrance doors with anodised fittings and euro-profile cylinders.
• Side and tilt opening, PVC windows, double glazed with security glass.
• Tosca style window surrounds.
• All interior doors are finished in white lacquer.
• Built in wardrobes with white lacquered doors.


Water supply and drainage system

• Water pipes in copper.
• Main stop-cock situated on the border of the plot. Interior stop-cock in addition to separate shut off valves for all sanitary fittings.

• Outside tap for garden watering.
• Hot water tank with immersion heater.
• PVC waste pipes.
• Drainage, to a double section septic tank with soak-away, or directly connected to the main sewage system if available.


Electrical installation

• Total electrical power is 8.8 kilowatt.
• The electrical installation will consist of cables fed through plastic tubing set into the walls.
• 6 independent circuits, each with its own automatic circuit breaker, all protected by an earth-leakage trip.

• Plastic tubes pre-installed for future satellite dish.

Kitchen

• Fitted kitchen with white lacquered doors.
• Polished granite worktops 2 cm thick.
• Electric oven with ceramic hob.
• Kitchen sink fitted into the work surface.
• Electric cooker hood above the hob.
