Senioles is an area situated between Montgo & the Javea old town, it's a true traditional Spanish residential zone, with smaller roads leading to older country homes and villas. Once renovated, these houses could be turned into real gems with a Spanish look and feel but modern features.
The area has a rural feel and has a lot of typical orange trees. The urbanisation is very close to all the necessary amenities and prices here are typically lower due to the age of the villas.
