UK Expats abroad can VOTE - 26/02/2020

British Expats who have been living abroad for more than 15 years are to finally get the right to vote in UK General Elections.

Prime Minister Boris Johnson sent a letter to campaigner Harry Schindler, who has been campaigning for the right to vote abroad for over 20 years.

Mr Johnson told Mr Schindler: Now we have left the EU, it is more important than ever to strengthen the UK ties with the British expat community wherever they might be.
